The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) has launched public consultations for the 2027–28 Annual Pricing Review. Announced on 17 September 2026, this process invites NDIS participants, providers, and sector leaders to share their feedback to help shape future pricing arrangements.

The review aims to balance participant outcomes with provider viability, ensuring pricing limits support access to high-quality care while keeping the sector sustainable.

- Disability Support Worker (DSW) Supports
- Supported Independent Living (SIL)
- Therapy Supports
- Social, Civic, and Community Participation
- Support Coordination
What Participants and Providers Are Asked
- Participants: Sharing views on support quality, access to care, value for money, and provider preferences.
- Disability Support Worker (DSW) Supports: Giving feedback on workforce retention, operational overheads, compliance costs, and service delivery models.
Building on nearly 3,000 responses from last year's review, insights from this consultation will directly inform the NDIA’s final pricing recommendations for the 2027–28 financial year.
