A: Absolutely! We understand life gets busy, so we offer flexible service options, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate your schedule and preferences.

Q: Can I cancel or reschedule my service appointment?
A: Of course! We understand plans can change. Just give us a heads-up at least 48 hours before your appointment, and we'll happily assist you with rescheduling or canceling. Please note, per the NDIS guidelines, appointments canceled within 48 hours may incur a charge.
