1. Overview

Welcome to Remonta Services. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (www.remontaservices.com.au) and the services we coordinate. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not continue to use our services.

2. Services Provided

Remonta Services connects clients, including NDIS participants and private individuals, with qualified and compliant service partners across Australia. Services include but are not limited to support work, cleaning, yard maintenance, home modifications, and therapeutic supports.

Remonta Services acts as an intermediary and does not directly deliver services. All services are carried out by independent service partners (contractors). While we conduct compliance checks and maintain quality standards, we are not liable for the actions or omissions of third-party providers.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about their needs and situation.

  • Engage respectfully with service partners and communicate any changes in requirements.

  • Report any incidents or concerns to Remonta Services promptly.

  • Not directly engage service partners introduced by Remonta Services outside of our platform or processes without written consent.
     

4. Service Partner Responsibilities

Our service partners agree to:

  • Hold all required checks, certifications, and insurances relevant to the services they provide.

  • Follow all applicable laws, NDIS standards, and Remonta’s policies and procedures.

  • Submit required documentation such as job safety forms, progress notes, and job completion reports.

  • Conduct themselves professionally and uphold high standards of safety and care.
     

5. Payments and Fees

All service rates follow the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements (where applicable) or agreed private rates. Remonta Services manages invoicing and payments on behalf of service partners.
Service partners are paid only after all required documentation is submitted and approved. Clients may be charged a fee for late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) or no-shows.

6. Privacy and Data

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information is collected and used strictly to facilitate service provision, ensure compliance, and improve our operations. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

Remonta Services is not liable for:

  • Any injury, loss, or damage caused by the service partner during service delivery.

  • Delays, interruptions, or disruptions outside our control.

  • Any outcomes resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.

We will, however, work with all parties to mediate and resolve concerns fairly.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including branding, text, and images, is the property of Remonta Group Pty Ltd and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

9. Changes to Terms

Remonta Services may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state or territory in Australia where the service is delivered. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of that location's courts.
